Car parking is limited at the centre, and at busy times you may need to park nearby instead - see our
overflow parking map for details. We highly recommend cycling to the centre (30 bike parking spaces now available) or using the excellent bus and train links to Portslade Station, just 5 minutes away. Please make sure you leave enough time to arrive for your booking.
Concession tickets: available to full-time Students, NHS staff, over 65s & the unemployed. Proof of concession status will be asked for during booking process, ID required - see our prices page for full details.
YBA holder tickets: these entries are exclusively for youth aged 12-15 who hold a Youth Boulderers Award certificate following the completion of Boulder Brighton's instructed YBA course, and have been signed off as competent to climb unsupervised.
Memberships/multipacks: Prepaid members and multipack holders do not need to pre-book their climbing sessions. If you'd like to purchase a new membership or a multipack of climbs, you can pay for the new membership/multipack on arrival without pre-booking.
Cancellations & refunds - You must give at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling bookings, to allow others a chance to use your slot. Cancellations can be made through your online account, or by calling the centre on 01273 422408. Refunds can only be given for sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Courses involving a series of sessions can be refunded in full if 24 hours’ notice is given before the start of the first session in the course - once the course has begun, refunds for the whole or remaining part of the course cannot be given. In the event of a booked session being cancelled by us, you will be offered the choice to rebook where possible or to get a full refund.
