Acknowledgement of Risk

Climbers age 18+: every adult climber should register themselves individually. Please do not register on behalf of other adults.

Climbers age under 18: 

• U18 registrations must be completed by a parent or guardian
• Adult supervisors (18+) need to register in the same way as an adult climber, and follow our Supervision Rules
• Climbers age 16-17: must be registered by a parent or guardian, but can climb unsupervised with their consent
• Minimum age 7

This Acknowledgement of Risk Form is for all climbing at Boulder Brighton. If you are unsure of any aspect of the form you should not fill this in online. Please come to Boulder Brighton and fill it in where a staff member can answer any questions or clarify any points that may be unclear. If you have any impairments that can affect your filling in of the form or climbing, please fill in the form within the centre with staff support.
