If you're looking for some coaching to improve your climbing, some motivation to climb regularly and get into shape, or just want a personalised introduction to the sport our private coaching sessions could be just the thing. You can book time in with one of our experienced instructors, who will
talk you through your goals, analyse your climbing, and give you
personalised tips to improve your technique, strength, and movement
skills.
Our private coaching sessions are perfect as 1-to-1 classes, or for a
small group of up to 4 people. Shoe hire and centre entry are included in the session price. At off-peak times it may be possible to accommodate slightly larger groups, please email
bookings@boulderbrighton.com to enquire about this.
Participants aged 16+ are also free to climb for an hour after the end of the coaching session to put some of their new skills into use.
NB Under 16s who wish to climb after their Private Coaching session must must be supervised by a competent adult as per our normal supervision guidelines. Unfortunately, this excludes groups involving 4 children or more, as these groups cannot climb together unless accompanied by a Boulder Brighton instructor, for safety reasons.
